Nuclear power, A Nuclear Energy Culture Promises a Better Tomorrow
Uljin Nuclear Power plant is located in the coast of Bugu-ri, Buk-myeon, Uljin-gun, Gyeong-buk. 2 reactors are in terms of capacity with 950 MWe and 4 reactors are with 1,000MWe of operation power. No.3 and No.4, which set up the Korean standard and became the model of light water reactor for N.K., strengthen its stability by introducing its state-of-the-art technology and safety standard. In addition, all of the facilities have been improved in order to suit Korean physical condition and operational practice.
