    The Establishment Committee for the KNEF was formed.

    The Preparation Committee for the KNEF was launched.

    The KNEF was established and its office opened.

    Mr. Sun-Chang Kim was inaugurated as the first chairperson of the KNEF.

    Agreement on commissioning management of the Electric Energy Pavillion was signed with KEPCO.
